Why Outsourcing

PRESIDENT Arroyo wants every province to have an information technology hub hosting at least one call center company. Mrs. Arroyo said that for one, the University of the Philippines-Ayala Land Technohub, the country?s foremost information technology laboratory, is an ideal host for call centers.
